Bleach: Shattered Blade for the Wii and Bleach: The Blade of Fate for the Nintendo DS are expected to release in North America in Fall 2007 and in Europe in early 2008.
Bleach: Shattered Blade for the Wii enables gamers to wield the Wii Remote™ and Nunchuk™ as their weapons – slashing, jabbing, and lunging in furious battles like a real Soul Reaper. Bleach: Shattered Blade offers an exclusive storyline created specifically for the Wii with 32 characters to choose from. Once a new character is unlocked, players can replay the story episodes utilizing the characters’ special moves and weapons which brings a whole new perspective to the storyline.
Anyone who has an interest in anime and manga will surely tell you that Bleach is one of the best series ever to be launched in the recent years. Now Sega has announced two new games based on the Bleach series. They are, Bleach: Shattered Blade for the Wii and Bleach: The Blade of Fate for the Nintendo DS. These games will have a strong cast of characters voiced by the actors from the anime.
Sega sends word today that Bleach: Shattered Blade on the Wii and Bleach: The Blade of Fate on the Nintendo DS will be available this fall. Both Bleach games will follow the anime's 15-year-old protagonist, Ichigo Kurosaki, as he fights to protect Earth from spectral beings known as "Hollows." In the past, the megapublisher has been responsible for all Nintendo-platform versions of the game in Japan.
